Sapna K currently serves as the POSH Presiding Officer and Sr. Program Manager, M&A Leader at Aptean since June 2019, where notable achievements include the successful integration of 29 newly acquired projects through a structured 7-step R&D release process. Prior to Aptean, Sapna K spent over 15 years at GE Appliances, a Haier Company, as the Global PMO Leader. Educational qualifications include an Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from PDA College Gulbarga. Additionally, as a Learning and Development Specialist, significant initiatives led include flagship Developer Bootcamps for campus hires, technical upskilling programs, and High-Impact Leadership programs across multiple international locations.
