Ian Petherbridge

Petherbridge is the Chairman of the Board at Aptella Pty Ltd and at iSeekplant Pty Ltd. Petherbridge has served as Chairman of the Board at Aptella Pty Ltd since 2009. Petherbridge has served as Chairman of the Board at iSeekplant Pty Ltd since 2015. From 1985 to 2005, Petherbridge held multiple roles at Volante Group Limited and was one of three founders of Applied Micro Systems; under Petherbridge's leadership the company grew from a start-up to a publicly listed company with revenue over $400m and more than 1,000 staff. Petherbridge earned a Bachelor of Surveying from The University of Queensland (1977–1980) and completed the International Executive Program at INSEAD (1997) as well as the International Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (2014).
