Hannah Gaskell has extensive experience in education, spanning over two decades in various roles. Gaskell began as a KS1 & 2 Primary Teacher and Senior Manager in primary schools from September 1996 to August 2011. Following that, Gaskell held several positions focused on functional skills and curriculum management, including roles at AVENIR TRAINING LIMITED, RWP Training Limited, and Progress to Excellence Ltd, contributing as a Functional Skills Tutor, Lead Tutor, and Curriculum Manager from 2011 to 2018. Gaskell continued to grow professionally at Alliance Learning, serving as a Functional Skills/GCSE/Foundation Degree Tutor from March 2015 to June 2017, before taking on leadership roles as Head of Curriculum and Curriculum and Content Manager at Complete Skills Solutions from July 2022 to December 2024. Additionally, Gaskell briefly worked as Curriculum Manager and Operations and Delivery Manager with Innovative Alliance Ltd in early 2020. Currently, Gaskell is an Implementation Consultant at Aptem, beginning in January 2025. Gaskell holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) Degree in English and a Postgraduate in Education (PGCE + QTS) from the University of Sunderland.
