Stephen Topp possesses extensive experience in customer experience and success roles across various companies. Currently serving as VP of Customer Experience at Aptem, Stephen has previously held significant positions at Yapily as Head of Customer Success and at Tradeshift in several capacities, including Director of Seller Onboarding and Director of Technical Onboarding. Additionally, Stephen served as Senior Manager of Supplier Enablement at Coupa Software and Head of Technical Consultancy for EMEA and APAC at Tungsten Network. An alumnus of McMaster University, Stephen earned an Honours B.Sc. in Mathematics/Science from 1996 to 2001.
