Grady Grant

Grady Grant is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry. Grady currently serves as the Director at Aptevo, a biotechnology company specializing in the development of novel immuno-oncology therapeutics. Prior to joining Aptevo, Grady served as the Senior Vice President of Medical Sales & Operations at Evolve BioSystems, Inc. from July 2021 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for leading the sales and operations teams and driving measurable execution at the territory level. Under their leadership, the company achieved solid performance results, improved productivity by 30%+, and addressed gaps on execution by 75% of the team.

Prior to Evolve BioSystems, Grady served as the Vice President of Sales at Tissue Tech Limited from August 2018 to January 2020. In this role, they were recruited to assist in the transition of the Atlanta-based Amniox Sales Organization to Miami, and integrate the sales team and process with the Boston-based BioTissue Organization. Grady successfully rebuilt and revitalized a stagnant sales training process, negotiated contracts, and supported the direct/indirect sales teams with 1:1 coaching. During their time at Tissue Tech Limited, they also served on the Board of Directors – Compensation & Audit Committees where they were responsible for compliance and financial reporting.

Grady’s previous experience also includes serving as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc from January 2017 to July 2018. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies
