Billy Choi, PMP, is a Construction Specialist at APTIM with an extensive career spanning 30 years in the construction industry. Starting with a Korean construction company working on overseas projects in Libya, Billy transitioned to U.S. Government contracting in 2003. Throughout their career, they have held multiple roles such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, and Quality Control Manager, overseeing diverse projects including water treatment facilities and fuel storage tank inspections. Currently, Billy provides support for the Fuels Recurring Maintenance and Minor Repair program across U.S. military installations in South Korea. Billy earned a degree from Hongik University between 1986 and 1993.
