Christina Walker

Christina Walker is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project controls and management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Project Controls Manager at APTIM since August 2016, Walker has a strong background in overseeing complex programs, including managing a budget of over $10 billion for the Guam Program Management Office during tenure at NAVFAC PAC. Previous roles include Senior Project Controls Engineer at Gilbane Building Company and Project Controls Manager at Forest City Hawaii, where responsibilities encompassed cost, schedule management, and environmental compliance. In addition to technical roles, Walker held vice president positions at ACSI and ESN Pacific Inc., leading operations and financial management. Christina Walker holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Lowell and multiple Master of Business Administration degrees from New Hampshire College and Southern New Hampshire University.
