Cigdem Ozkan, PhD, PE, WEDG, currently serves as a Resilience Project Manager and Climate and Coastal Resilience Engineer at APTIM, following a tenure as a Water Resources Engineer at The Balmoral Group, LLC. With extensive experience in bridge hydraulics modeling, stormwater and drainage design for Florida Department of Transportation projects, and research in Marine Renewable Energy and Coastal Erosion, Cigdem has demonstrated a strong background in civil and environmental engineering.
