Crystal Leavey, LSRP, is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in environmental engineering and site remediation. Currently serving as Project Management Manager at APTIM since September 2015, Crystal's expertise encompasses NJDEP ISRA and non-ISRA Preliminary Site Assessments, ASTM Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, and solid waste permitting. Additionally, Crystal has contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University from September 2019 to December 2021 and held positions as Project Environmental Engineer II and Staff Environmental Engineer at Pennoni from May 2004 to August 2015.
