David Lowe

David Lowe, PE PMP, is the Senior Vice President of Nuclear D&D at APTIM since 2021. They have held multiple significant positions in the nuclear industry, including roles as Division VP/Program Manager at Jacobs and Deputy Managing Director at Dounreay Site Restoration Ltd. Prior to these roles, David served as Chief Engineer in various firms and Assistant Director for Process Engineering at the Defense Nuclear Facilities Safety Board. David holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, an MBA from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
