David Orphey

David Orphey is the Director of Project Controls at APTIM, a position held since June 1985, overseeing critical project control functions for the company. Prior to this role, David served as a Shift Supervisor at Morrison-Knudsen in the Heavy & Highway Construction Division from June 1978 to June 1984, where responsibilities included managing a team of 45 to 60 crew members during the concrete placement for the Strontia Springs Dam in Waterton, Colorado. David's educational background includes studies at DeVry Institute of Technology from 1975 to 1977.
