David Orvis has over 25 years of experience in project management and engineering. Currently serving as a Project Manager at APTIM since April 2004, David previously worked as a Consultant at Black & Veatch from September 1997 to April 2004 and as an Environmental Engineer for the Wyandotte County, KS Department of Air Quality from September 1995 to September 1997. David holds a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The University of Kansas, where education was completed between 1992 and 1995.
