Dick Thompson

Dick Thompson, CSP CHST, is a seasoned Safety Manager at APTIM with over 25 years of experience in construction and mining safety. Previously, they held the position of Safety Manager at J. F. Shea Construction, Inc. and served as Manager of Regulatory and Consensus Standards for the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators from 2015 to 2021. They also worked as a Senior HSE Manager for The Walsh Group and were a Safety Manager at Granite Construction. Dick has been a member of AGC of California's Safety, Health and Environment Committee since 1993 and holds a degree in Police Science from Sierra College.
