Dylan Crye is an accomplished program manager with extensive experience in energy efficiency and management. Currently serving as the IRA Home Energy Rebates Program Manager at APTIM since November 2020, Dylan leads the launch and implementation of Wisconsin's federal Home Energy Rebate Programs, overseeing a budget of nearly $150 million. Previously, as a Residential Portfolio Manager at Focus on Energy, Dylan managed six programs and significant budgets while fostering partnerships among stakeholders. Prior roles include Operations Supervisor at CLEAResult and a policy internship at the Environmental Law & Policy Center. Dylan holds a Master of Arts in Applied Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
