Eric has also played a key role in integrating acquired companies and employees. Eric has worked in a range of industries, including engineering and construction, telecommunications, and energy. Eric's expertise also extends to global compensation management, where they have led compensation functions across multiple countries.
Eric Neumann completed their Executive MBA from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University in 1996.
