Gary Lacroix

Gary Lacroix, P.E., PMP, is an Engineering Program Manager and Army Account Manager at APTIM, where they lead efforts to maintain robust client relationships and ensure effective project execution. With 37 years of experience at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gary has honed competencies in project and program management across various complex projects, technical oversight, and federal procurement. They have served in multiple leadership roles, including Chief of the Design Branch and Deputy Chief of the Engineering Division at New England District, and have been instrumental in managing significant engineering works and environmental programs. Gary holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
