Jason Bourg

Jason Bourg has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jason started their career as an Environmental Chemical Specialist at the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, where they were responsible for analyzing air quality data and developing reports using GIS tools.

Jason then worked as a Business Analyst at Integrate, managing data for large clients and training them on the company's suite of applications.

Jason'snext role was at The Shaw Group, where they held several positions, including Programmer, Business Systems Manager, Sr. Business Systems Manager, and Sr. IT Manager - Enterprise Operations. In these roles, they managed various IT projects, including SharePoint implementations, intranet conversions, and the sale of Shaw's Energy and Chemicals business line to Technip. Jason also oversaw global operations of networking, hosting, and database infrastructure teams.

Jason then joined CB&I as the Director of IT Operations, where they were responsible for managing global operations of networking, hosting, database, datacenter, and EDMS infrastructure teams. Jason also handled a large project portfolio that included technology refresh, innovative solutions, and business line specific initiatives.

Currently, they are employed at APTIM as the Vice President of Information Technology and CIO. In this role, they are responsible for strategic planning, business-technology alignment, portfolio execution, and operations of the Information Technology group.

Throughout their career, Jason has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in IT operations, project management, and strategic planning.

Jason Bourg attended Brother Martin High School from 1987 to 1991. Jason then studied Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University from 1991 to 1997, earning a Bachelor of Science degree.
