Jay Harbin

Jay Harbin, PG, PMP, serves as the Vice President of the DOD Market Sector at CTI since October 2021. With a robust background in program and project management, Jay previously held the position of Vice President of DoD Operations and Project Manager in the Program Management Office at Los Alamos Technical Associates Inc. from June 2015 to October 2021. Experience also includes a tenure as Sr. Project Manager at AECOM and Project Manager at URS Corporation, alongside leadership roles such as President at WCLA. Earlier in Jay's career, positions included Project Manager at Darcy Environmental, Case Coordinator at AES Regulatory Services, and Geologist - Project Manager at Applied Earth Sciences. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Geological Sciences with a focus on Hydrogeology from The University of Texas at Austin.
