Margaret Phillips

Margaret Phillips serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Aptim since July 2017, where responsibilities include developing and managing the compliance program, overseeing investigations, conducting training, managing communications with executives, and serving as the in-house labor and employment attorney. Previously, Margaret held the position of Senior Counsel for Labor and Employment at CB&I from December 2013 to June 2017, addressing labor and employment issues and litigation. Prior to that, Margaret was the Corporate Compliance Legal Counsel for Plantation Management Company, focusing on compliance programs for healthcare. Additionally, Margaret worked as Managing Attorney for Labor and Employment at Continental Airlines for over a decade, overseeing legal aspects for a large workforce. Early career roles included Senior Legal Counsel at Kean Miller LLP and Staff Attorney at Continental Airlines. Margaret earned a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Louisiana State University.
