Niki Heflin

Niki Heflin is a Senior Director of Contract Administration with over 29 years of extensive experience in purchasing, subcontract administration, and contract negotiation across commercial, state, local, and federal government contracts. They have successfully negotiated and administered a variety of contract types and have developed procurement policies while providing training to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Niki has also supported numerous audits, including those by the Defense Contract Audit Agency, and has managed teams throughout their career at companies such as APTIM and CACI International Inc. Niki holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Saint Joseph's University and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
