Nikki Badeaux

Nikki Badeaux has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Director of HR Corporate Services at APTIM since April 2019. Prior to that, they were an HR Manager at APTIM from July 2017 to March 2019. Nikki also worked at CB&I, where they held various HR management positions from 1999 to 2014, including HR Manager - Engineering & Construction, Corporate HR Manager, and HR Manager. Nikki started their career at Anderson Industrial Scaffolding in 1998, working in Human Resources/Payroll, and then moved on to Consolidated Medical Management as an HR Administrator in 1997. Nikki began their career as a student intern in payroll and human resources at The Shaw Group in 1988.

Nikki Badeaux attended Southeastern Louisiana University from 1988 to 1993, where they studied Business Management.
