Paul Wells

Paul Wells, CSP, CHST, currently serves as a Site Safety and Health Officer (SSHO) at APTIM since November 2019. Previously, Paul held positions as Safety Manager and International Safety Manager at CDM Smith and was responsible for compliance with safety practices on significant projects, including a $513 million cable stayed bridge project. Earlier experience includes serving as SSHO at TerraTherm, Inc., where Paul provided safety guidance on a USAID project in Vietnam, and as HSE Manager at Fluor Corporation, overseeing health, safety, and environmental programs for a large workforce. Paul also worked as HSE Manager at Wells Construction, where a rigorous safety program was established to reduce accidents. Academic credentials include Six Sigma certifications from Villanova University.
