Phillip Kim is an experienced construction manager with a strong background in federal services and international projects. Currently serving as a Construction Manager at APTIM since December 2019, Phillip oversees maintenance and repair programs in South Korea. Previously, Phillip held the position of Construction QC Manager at Gilbane Building Company, working on multiple locations in Japan, Saipan, Guam, and Diego Garcia from September 2016 to December 2019.
