Stuart Clark, CISSP, is an experienced cybersecurity professional with over 25 years of experience in the field. Stuart currently serves as the Senior Director of Cyber Security at APTIM, where they lead the security strategy and operations for the company, focusing on protecting critical infrastructure and data across various cloud environments. Stuart is also knowledgeable in various compliance frameworks and standards.

Prior to their current role, Stuart worked as an accredited investor specializing in cybersecurity and AI at Upland Strategy Group, LLC. Stuart provided security leadership and support to organizations in safeguarding critical infrastructure and collaborated with cloud companies in the financial services sector. Stuart also served as the vCISO at Manning & Napier and the Director of vCISO Services at RSI - Renaissance Systems Inc.

Earlier in their career, Stuart held various leadership roles such as vCISO at Tenfold, Global Chief Information Security Officer at Serenova, and Chief Information Security Officer at Neverfail. Stuart also worked as the Director of Security at Socialware and as a Security Consultant at Solis Security.

Stuart's extensive work experience also includes serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Security Officer at American Bank of Texas, where they successfully transformed the bank into a regional institution through the growth of IT and the establishment of a converged physical/information security program.

Throughout their career, Stuart has demonstrated expertise in cybersecurity, financial services, cloud security, and digital transformation. Stuart is a certified CISSP and has a strong track record in leading and advising organizations in various security initiatives.

Stuart Clark, CISSP, has an education history that includes a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Texas State University (1987-1992) and an Associate of Applied Science degree in Criminal Justice from Austin Community College (1990-1991). Prior to that, they attended San Marcos Baptist Academy (1984-1987) and Saint John's Military School (1982-1984). In addition to their formal education, Stuart has obtained several certifications including Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2008, and various other certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (2019) and Defensive Shooting Fundamentals - Certified Instructor from USCCA, INC. (2020).
