Ashley Hart is a Computer Science Ph.D. researcher at the University of Florida, focusing on artificial intelligence and game development in the Computing for Social Good Lab under Dr. Juan Gilbert. Having completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at the University of Central Florida in May 2022, Ashley is also a GEM Fellow and a McKnight Doctoral Fellow. Previous experiences include undergraduate research at notable institutions such as the University of Virginia and Rutgers University, as well as data science internships at Raytheon Technologies. Ashley's research interests center on ethical artificial intelligence, particularly concerning the impact of AI on children and young adults through social media.
