Terry Ritchie

Terry Ritchie, ACC, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching and training program management. Currently serving as an Associate Certified Coach at ICF and Director of Government Programs at Aptima since January 2023, Terry has held various leadership roles including Vice President of Training at AMTIS, Inc. and Senior Vice President, Training at AMTIS/BlackFish Federal LLC. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from SUNY at Buffalo. Terry's diverse background spans project management, instructional design, and program management across multiple organizations since 1989.
