This is us! We are consultants; Software developers, Project Managers, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Team Leads and we work with .Net, Java, Javascript, PPS, Mob Programming, Kanban, Scrum, Angular, React, CQRS, Node and more. But that’s not why we’re here. We’re here because we are happy, curious and humble. We’re here so that we can work with our passion and share it with each other. We’re here because we have families who we want to be with and be able to prioritize. We are here so that we can pick up our kids, stay home with them when they are sick, go to Japan, climb in France, go skiing, take parental leave or paid vacation without feeling guilty or asking permission. We’re here because we want to set our own terms. Because we believe in the whole Shared Joy thing. Because we want to influence and be involved. So that we can have an active life. We’re here because we don’t need a boss. We are here because we like the fact that we don’t have any investors and decide for ourselves how the money within the company is distributed. Because we, for example, can support Swedish youth sports by sponsoring teams that in return are willing to make a contribution to society. Be it raising money for charities or inviting refugee children to track & field practice. We’re here so that we can ignore the pressure of charging clients every possible hour and bending backwards to complete our time reports. We are here because we enjoy spending a day every month together to catch up and explore new things. We are here because it gives us a platform to be happier and better.
