Sameem Jaffrey

Sameem Jaffrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector. As the Founder of Aptitude Global since August 2014, Sameem specializes in fintech investment and advisory. Additionally, Sameem serves as Managing Partner at Arpatech Technology Ventures and holds board member positions with Datawave and ARPATECH (Pvt) Ltd. Sameem is also an advisor to the CEO of Moogsoft. Between 2001 and 2014, Sameem held various senior roles at UBS, including Global Head of Commercialisation & Strategic Investments, where key contributions included leading the monetisation of software and IP across the UBS Group. Prior experience includes positions at UBS Investment Bank in the Asia Pacific region and a consultant role at PwC. Sameem's academic credentials include becoming a Fellow of the ICAEW and obtaining a BA Hons in International Finance & Accounting from the University of Brighton.
