AHMED Er possesses a diverse background in engineering and program management, highlighted by strategic roles in leading automotive and manufacturing companies. Early experience includes serving as an Assistant Maintenance Engineer at International Paper and a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Lear Corporation, where Lean manufacturing methods significantly enhanced production efficiency. Progressing to positions as a Product Quality Engineer at Delphi and Unit Production Quality Leader at Faurecia, AHMED ensured strict adherence to quality standards and methodologies. As a Project Engineer at ALTEN, project management skills were honed through coordinating international engineering changes. Currently, as a Program Coordinator at Aptiv, AHMED leads project teams to deliver results that meet specifications and quality standards. Academic qualifications include an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration focused on Project Management.
