Arpit Pawar

Arpit Pawar is currently a Human Resource Business Partner at Aptiv, where they manage various HR functions. Previously, Arpit held the position of Assistant Manager at Eicher Tractors from 2015 to 2020, overseeing payroll and industrial relations. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Officer in HR/IR at Bridgestone India Private Limited from 2010 to 2015 and at UltraTech Cement Limited for a brief period in 2015. Arpit earned a Master of Social Work with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations and Human Resources Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, and a PGDHRD from the Indore School of Social Work.
