Bolo Shen is currently the Vice President and Managing Director for Asia Pacific at Aptiv. They previously held the position of General Manager at Shynday Trading Ltd from 2016 to 2017, and served as Asia Operation Director at both Cooper Crouse-Hinds and COOPER China from 2009 to 2013. Between 2013 and 2016, Bolo was the China GM of Eaton's Crouse-Hinds Business. Bolo earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, completing the latter in 2004.
