Cathal Breen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in property management and construction operations. Currently serving as Head of Global Construction Projects & Site Operations at Aptiv, Cathal leads site operations and construction initiatives, focusing on execution, standards, cost control, and efficiency across global locations. Previous roles include Global Property Portfolio Manager at SYNCREON, where responsibilities encompassed real estate acquisition and overseeing facility budgets, as well as BPI Project Manager, driving business process improvements.
