Charifa Sarhane

Charifa Sarhane is an experienced professional in Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence, currently serving as the Lean 2.0 Program Plant Leader at Aptiv since June 2018, focusing on cultural transformation and unlocking people's potential. Previously, at Delphi from June 2015 to June 2018, Charifa was responsible for methods and continuous improvement, ensuring successful project startups and optimizing processes based on Lean Manufacturing principles. Earlier experience includes a graduation internship as a Lean engineer at Renault, where process reengineering and improvements in visual management were key responsibilities. Charifa holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the National School of Applied Science of Marrakech and has pursued further education in management systems, finance, health and safety, and leadership through various specialized programs.
