Danuta Żołopa

Danuta Żołopa is a Global HR Business Partner at Aptiv, where they have worked since 2015. Previously, they held positions as an HR Associate at Shell Polska and as an HR Administration Specialist with responsibilities that included data management and onboarding processes. Danuta began their career as an Engineering Department Secretary at Delphi, providing administrative support and report analysis. They are currently pursuing a Certificate in Coaching at the Instytut Psychoedukacji i Rozwoju Integralnego, having previously completed a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from the University of Economics in Cracow.
