Derek Kightlinger is a highly experienced and accomplished professional, currently serving as the Vice President of Global Program Delivery & Execution in Aptiv's Advanced Safety & User Experience segment. With a background in Business Development, Strategy, and Program Management, Derek has proven success in leading new product launches, operations localization, and strategic initiatives. Prior to their role at Aptiv, Derek worked at The Boston Consulting Group as a Project Leader and Consultant. Derek holds an MBA from The Wharton School and has a diverse educational background in International Studies, Business, and Asian Studies.
