Frank Lorbeer is the Executive Director of Quality Europe at Aptiv, a position held since 2019. Lorbeer earned a Diplom in Electrical Engineering with a focus in Communications Technology from Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel between 1983 and 1986.
