Geng Fu

Geng Fu is a highly experienced engineer specializing in sensor technology, calibration, and fusion, with a career spanning from 2011 to present. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at Aptiv since March 2019, Geng focuses on system architecture and design in both research and production contexts. Prior experience includes a role as Principal Scientist and Hardware Director at Eastern Blue from February 2017 to February 2019, concentrating on medical imaging devices and novel LiDAR systems. Geng's career began at GE Global Research as Lead Detector Scientist from September 2011 to January 2017. An academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Engineering Physics from Tsinghua University.
