Hernas Roman

Hernas Roman is an accomplished SCM Continuous Improvement Manager for EMEA, currently focused on enhancing performance in supply chain management. Previously, Hernas held various roles at Aptiv from 2012 to 2019, including SCM Business Planner, FP&A Supervisor, and FP&A Team Manager, where they honed expertise in financial analysis, program profitability, and process improvements. Hernas began their career at Delphi as a Production Planner from 2006 to 2012, coordinating logistics and managing production schedules. Hernas earned a Master's degree in logistics from Akademia Ekonomiczna im. Karola Adamieckiego w Katowicach between 2009 and 2011.
