Jared C. Hu, Ph.D., is the Director of Global Engineering for Vehicle Electrification Systems at Aptiv, where they lead a cross-functional team on power electronics modules and oversee strategic initiatives for vehicle electrification. Previously, Jared held positions as Global Software Engineering Manager and Global Manager of Software and System Core Engineering at Aptiv, and they were a Research Fellow at Cranfield University and an Associate Research Scientist at the Advanced Vehicle Research Center. Jared earned a Bachelor's and Master's in Automotive Engineering from Jilin University, followed by a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from North Carolina State University.
