Joy K. is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Lead at Aptiv, with extensive experience in recruiting across North America and the EMEA regions. Since September 2021, Joy has successfully exceeded hiring targets, achieving over 90 salaried hires annually and notable internal fill rates for higher-level roles. Prior to Aptiv, Joy held various HR roles at North American Lighting, Inc., including Human Resources Supervisor and Corporate Recruiter, where responsibilities encompassed strategic talent acquisition and employee support for over 400 employees. Joy began a career in recruitment at TEC Group Inc., managing technical roles across various sectors. Joy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations & Organizational Communication from Western Michigan University.
