Justyna Sobol

Justyna Sobol is an experienced engineering professional specializing in vehicle system tests and material engineering, currently serving as Engineering Group Manager at Aptiv since September 2019. Responsible for managing the Vehicle System Tests team on autonomous driving projects, Justyna oversees budget planning and control. Prior to Aptiv, Justyna worked at Delphi for over 16 years in various roles, including Material and Test & Validation Manager, where key responsibilities involved managing engineering resources, supporting lean initiatives, and leading material selection strategies. Justyna holds a PhD in Material Science from AGH University of Krakow, obtained between 1991 and 2001.
