Kamil Goc

Kamil Goc is an Expert Algorithm Development Engineer at Aptiv, specializing in the development of automated parking features and safety braking functions since January 2023. Previously, Kamil worked as an ADAS algorithm developer, focusing on radar-based Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems and supporting various technical processes. Prior to Aptiv, Kamil held the position of IT specjalista ds. modeli at ArcelorMittal, where responsibilities included developing physical and coordination models for steelworks and programming simulation software. Kamil gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant and PhD Student at AGH University of Science and Technology, as well as the Shibaura Institute of Technology. Kamil's early career included a trainee position at ABB Corporate Research Center, where studies focused on resin composites, and a trainee role at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research. Kamil holds dual PhDs in Material Science and Solid State Physics from the Shibaura Institute of Technology and AGH University of Krakow, respectively, alongside a Master of Science in Technical Physics from AGH University of Krakow.
