Kate Stokes serves as the Legal Director for EMEA at Aptiv, a global technology company focused on solutions for mobility, since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kate held the position of Senior Legal Counsel at Centrica, specializing in commercial and competition law from August 2017 to October 2022. Earlier, Kate worked as an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP and Squire Patton Boggs, both in competition and regulatory law. Kate's experience also includes serving as an EU Policy Adviser at Pfizer and a trainee at the European Commission. Kate Stokes holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The University of Edinburgh, a Bachelor of Laws (BCL) from University College Dublin, and participated in the Erasmus Programme at Leibniz Universität Hannover, furthering studies in German law and language.
