Keith Smith is an HR Manager and CoE Leader with over 14 years of experience in the automotive technology industry, collaborating with senior leadership to implement HR strategies across North America. Currently, at Lake City Plating, they lead the strategic direction of HR functions, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and operational excellence. Previously, Smith held various HR roles at Aptiv and Bartech Group, where they managed sensitive compensation programs and supported organizational growth. Smith is Lean Six Sigma and Korn Ferry certified and is passionate about empowering employees and fostering a high-performance culture. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management, Marketing, and Human Resources from Kent State University.
