Leonardo Raeder is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Aptiv since July 2020. Previously, Leonardo held the position of Vice President Global Quality at APTIV's Connection Systems division, where efforts focused on implementing a proactive quality approach and enhancing customer and supplier collaboration. Prior to Aptiv, Leonardo was Vice President of Quality Management at Magneti Marelli NAFTA, overseeing quality across multiple regional business lines. Leonardo's extensive background includes significant leadership roles at Magneti Marelli Powertrain, managing quality assurance for manufacturing operations globally, and successfully launching new production facilities while implementing robust quality management systems. Leonardo holds an MBA from FAAP and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, along with technical qualifications in electronics.
