Matt Boucher

Matt Boucher has extensive experience in engineering leadership, currently serving as Vice President of Engineering, Software & AS&UX at Aptiv since March 2025. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Vice President of Engineering at Gen™ from November 2022 to April 2024 and at NortonLifeLock from November 2019 to November 2022. Matt's career at Symantec spanned from January 2007 to November 2019, during which time Matt advanced through various roles including Vice President of Engineering, Senior Director of Engineering, Director of Engineering, and Senior Manager. Matt's educational background includes studies at Syracuse University from January 1984 to January 1986.
