Milic Milinkovic

Milic Milinkovic is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as the Serbia Cluster Quality Manager at Aptiv since November 2021. In this role, Milic oversees quality performance across four production sites and implements customer-specific requirements to enhance customer satisfaction through effective quality control processes. Prior experience includes various quality management positions at Yazaki Serbia from March 2017 to November 2021, where Milic focused on quality assurance and control, including roles as Quality Manager and Quality Team Manager. Milic also completed a three-month internship at the Central European Development Forum CEDEF in 2016, with a focus on sustainable energy and environmental protection. Education credentials include a Master’s degree in Quality Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management Systems, both obtained from the University of Belgrade.
