Nataša Rodić

Nataša Rodić is currently the HR Segment Lead at Aptiv Mobility Services, where they manage various aspects of human resources. They previously held roles as an HR Generalist and Personnel Administration Officer at Aptiv, and worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Modine Manufacturing Company. Nataša began their career with an internship at NIS Gazprom Neft in 2018 and later served as an Economics Teacher at Mačvanska srednja škola from 2021 to 2022. They hold a Master’s degree in Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Management, both from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica.
