Pascal Ballonad

Pascal Ballonad is an experienced engineering professional with a career spanning over two decades in various engineering roles and leadership positions. Pascal began as an Electronic Engineer at Gap Net Secure from 1999 to 2000, followed by a role as a 3D Engineer at Polymont from 2000 to 2002. Pascal's career progressed at Delphi from 2002 to 2003, where multiple positions were held, including Design Engineer and Engineering Center Manager. In the latter part of Pascal's career, from 2008 to 2011, Pascal served as Customer Engineering Manager and Customer Quality Manager at Delphi. Recently, from March 2021 to April 2023, Pascal worked at Aptiv as Global Engineering Footprint Lead and later as Director of Global Core Engineering, along with a role as Senior Product Engineering Manager for EMEA. Pascal holds a degree in Management from ESSEC Business School.
