Rocio Solorio

Rocio Solorio has extensive experience in Human Resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Aptiv since October 2017, where responsibilities include HR administration and services for corporate areas, alongside the design and implementation of various HR programs. At Aptiv, Rocio also plays a key role in anticipating and planning HR needs in collaboration with management and managing the electronic and automated program for annual analysis related to NOM035 STPS 2018. Prior to this, Rocio worked at Ansell from October 2003 to February 2017 as a Human Resources Specialist, overseeing HR administration and corporate services for two manufacturing plants with a workforce of 1,142 employees, specializing in total compensation and advanced HRIS management.
